The Vale of Lune Ladies' Rugby Club is based in Lancaster, UK. We play in the National League 1 (North) and participate in the Bread for Life national trophy. The team was started in 1993 by a small number of players but has grown to a friendly and thriving club. Highlights include two promotions through the league ranks and winning the prestigious Birkenhead Park tournament. The Vale Ladies always welcome new players of any age particularly as we have just started a new youth section.
