The villa has four spacious
bedrooms consisting of 3 doubles and one twin. Two bedrooms are ensuite and there is a third bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has french doors which open onto a large balcony and enjoys magnificent views. The other three bedrooms have french doors which open onto the veranda and garden and also enjoy magnificent views. |

Golf (two course nearby), cycling, swimming (lake, pool, sea), fishing, horse riding,
mountain biking, mountaineering, sailing, wind surfing, walking, bird watching,
waterpark.
The Villa is centrally located to many attractions in Andalucia within a two-hour drive:-
- Around Lake Vinuela there are towns and white villages "pueblos blancos", such as
Vinuela, Alcaucin, Periana, Los Romanes and Puente de Don Manuel.
- Velez Malaga is about 10 mins drive away.
- Torre del Mar is about 15 mins drive way.
- Nerja and Malaga are about 35 mins drive away.
- Ronda is about 60 mins by car.
- Granada, Alhambra and Sierra Nevada are aproximately 90 mins by car.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with
the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival together with a refundable 'damage' deposit of £150. All bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday. The Villa is available from 3 pm on arrival day and guests are requested to vacate the villa by 10 am on the day of departure.
