Appointments
To make an appointment or for general enquires and accounts please telephone between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please make an appointment whenever you wish to see a vet at one of our surgeries

Missing appointments leave a vet with nothing to do and increase our running costs.
This can be avoided simply by giving notice the day before your appointment so it can be rescheduled.
You will be charged the full consultation fee for a missed appointment

Emergencies
For 24 hour emergency calls please be ready with a pen and paper!!

In surgery hours a highly trained member of staff will be ready to take your call

Out of hours the details on how to contact the vet on call will be given in a recorded message.
The contact details are updated daily.

Vaccinations
Prevention of disease is better than any cure

We advise annual vaccinations for cats and dogs, kittens starting at nine weeks and puppies at 8 weeks.
You will receive an annual vaccination reminder, so please inform us of any change of address.

Quarantine
Quarantine systems are far more effective in stopping lethal diseases from crossing a countries borders than the new "Pets travel scheme".

With the new scheme there is a far higher risk to your pets, the local wildlife and livestock valuable to the countries economy.

This has become apparent with the recent out break of disease that was previously banished from our shores.

This site is for information purposes only if you have any concerns at all about your pet's health
then please contact your local veterinary practice as soon as possible by telephone

Please direct comments and suggestions via email to the Web Developer
