A marble scroll on a slate plaque on the church wall.
In loving memory of ALBERT EDWARD BRAIN Lance Corporal 8th Somerset Light Infantry the third beloved son of WALTER and EMILY BRAIN of this parish who was killed in action at the Battle of Loos on the 26th September 1915 aged 19 years.
